Welcome to DisplayPlates. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DisplayPlates. By accessing or using our store, products, or services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

You represent that you are of legal age to make purchases and provide consent for any minors under your supervision to use the Services. All DisplayPlates products are intended for decorative, novelty, or recreational use only. They are not legal registration plates and must not be used as a substitute for official government-issued plates.

  • Use on public roads in place of legal registration plates

  • Attempting to imitate or replicate official government-issued plates

  • Evading law enforcement, tolls, or identification systems

  • Any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws

DisplayPlates accepts no liability for misuse of products. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your area.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. Purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless stated. You agree to provide accurate payment information and pay all charges incurred.

Delivery times are estimates only. Once items are shipped, risk of loss passes to you.

All content on our Services, including text, images, and graphics, is owned by DisplayPlates or its licensors and may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Third-party tools or links are provided “as is,” and your use is at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party content or interactions with third-party websites.

DisplayPlates is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with DisplayPlates, and Shopify is not responsible for transactions or products purchased from our store.

All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to how your data is collected and used.

Feedback submitted to DisplayPlates may be used by us for any purpose, including commercial purposes, and you warrant that you have rights to any feedback provided.

DisplayPlates, its partners, and Shopify are not liable for damages arising from use of the Services or products, including lost profits or data. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DisplayPlates, Shopify, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
