Custom-Made Products

All DisplayPlates products are made to order and fully customised to your specifications. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.


Order Accuracy

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (including text, sizing, and design) are correct. DisplayPlates is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at displayplates1@gmail.com with clear photo evidence.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.


Resolutions

If your claim is approved, we will provide a free replacement.
Returns are generally not required. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions.

We do not issue refunds for custom products.


Shipping & Delivery

We ensure all orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
If your order is damaged during transit or arrives with an issue, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
