Processing and Shipping Policy

All orders are custom-made or prepared upon order. It takes 8–9 business days to make your plates before they are ready for shipping. Once your order is ready, shipping within Australia typically takes 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or events beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any applicable customs, import duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order leaves our facility and is with the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at displayplates1@gmail.com and include a photo of the item. We will review your case and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Our novelty plates are for decorative and recreational use only and cannot be used as legal registration plates. Delivery delays may occur due to postal service issues or other circumstances beyond our control, and we are not responsible for such delays.
